Spirituality is the deep connection with the Sacred. It is the one experience that is shared by all faith traditions. It is the recognition of our truest nature, the removal of the wall of the illusion of separateness. Spirituality becomes a way of life that allows us to recognize our deep interconnection and interdependence with all that is - such that one becomes committed to live with integrity, compassion, generosity, service, and love.
